I bought these steaks on a whim and I didn't expect them to arrive in less than 2 hours' time! The steaks were not all uniform in thickness but were considerable in size. They were also individually wrapped so there's no hassle with defrosting. Actual thickness ranged from 0.3 to 0.5 inches, thus it only required around 1 to 1.5 minutes cooking per side on a pan. The steaks were of good quality and the fatty lines were visible in between the eye and the cap - same as the images above. There wasn't a lot of marbling beyond that though. It still tasted great and was sufficiently tender. Overall, this is a great value for the quantity and quality of product as well as the speed of service. Highly recommended!
