Our same day delivery cut-off is at 4:00pm. Orders after the cut-off will automatically be shipped out the next day.

REFUNDS

Products returned in their original condition (Sealed and not thawed) are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Butter Aged T-Bone Steak
I recently ordered from The Fat Butcher and was genuinely impressed by the quality and packaging of their meats. The Butter Aged T-Bone Steak and Premium 1-inch Giant Ribeye were the highlights—rich, tender, and full of flavor. Both cuts cooked up beautifully and had a restaurant-quality feel at home.
For Korean BBQ, the Pork Belly Samgyupsal Cut and Beef Shortpolate Excel Samgyupsal Cut were excellent. The pork belly had a great fat-to-meat ratio, while the beef shortplate was juicy for grilling and wrapping in lettuce. Both were sliced just right for quick, even cooking.
The Herbed Butter added a nice finishing touch to the steaks and even vegetables, while the classic A1 Original Sauce was a familiar and tangy option for dipping. Overall, The Fat Butcher delivered top-tier cuts with great flavor and consistency.
The only area of improvement was the thickness of the T-Bone Steak. It was soft and tender yet was slim in thickness causing it to break down and separate when grilling.
