DELIVERY
Our same day delivery cut-off is at 4:00pm. Orders after the cut-off will automatically be shipped out the next day.

Kindly expect your orders to be received within 10am to 6pm.

If shipping fee is paid already, do not pay any extra to the rider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please take note of the following in order to prevent delays in your order:

  • We will be calling / texting the contact number provided on the shipping details for order confirmation
  • Kindly leave the payment to your family member / helper / guard if you are not at home (We deliver orders at 10am to 6pm)

Products returned in their original condition (Sealed and not thawed) are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Refund processing times for credit card payments vary depending on the issuing bank.

If an order is returned due to the recipient being unavailable, we will make our best efforts to reattempt delivery.

I waited for my order to arrive within the specified timeframe (10am to 5pm, as noted in their website that this is the delivery hours) but my order did not arrive. I had to call the store and only then they realized that my order hasn't been dispatched. Once they realized it though, they quickly sent it and it arrived in about an hour. They forgot to place a greeting card inside the gift set which is unfortunate. Otherwise, the steak and wine were there and I'm sure the person I gave it to liked it.
