DELIVERY
Our same day delivery cut-off is at 3:00pm. Orders after the cut-off will automatically be shipped out the next day.

Kindly expect your orders to be received within 10am to 6pm.

If shipping fee is paid already, do not pay any extra to the rider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please take note of the following in order to prevent delays in your order:

• We will be calling / texting the contact number provided on the shipping details for order confirmation
• Kindly leave the payment to your family member / helper / guard if you are not at home (We deliver orders at 10am to 6pm)

By purchasing from us, you agree to our terms, conditions and policies.

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, force majeure, or delays resulting from the customer’s actions, whether voluntary or negligent.

If a customer refuses to accept the delivery, a refund will be issued for all returned products, provided they remain in their original condition upon arrival at our head office.

By default, all items are packed in an ecobag. For insulation or gift packaging, you may check the add-ons. (Additional fees may apply)

REFUNDS
Kindly check your items if complete. Order disputes reported after a day of delivery will not be accommodated.

Products returned in their original condition (Sealed and not thawed) are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Refund processing times for credit card payments vary depending on the issuing bank.

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us immediately at 0930-738-0079 or send us an email at orders.thefatbutcherph@gmail.com with your order number.

If an order is returned due to the recipient being unavailable, we will make our best efforts to reattempt delivery.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

EXCHANGES
Once an order has been shipped, items cannot be exchanged.

Cancellations and exchanges are not permitted after shipping.

We only offer exchanges or replacements for items that are damaged or compromised. If this occurs, contact us immediately at 0906-509-0028 or send us an email at orders.thefatbutcherph@gmail.com with your order number.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We stand by the quality of our products and guarantee that all delivered items meet our highest standards. If any quality concerns arise upon receiving, the item can be exchanged, refunded, or credited accordingly
