Our same day delivery cut-off is at 4:00pm. Orders after the cut-off will automatically be shipped out the next day.
Kindly expect your orders to be received within 10am to 6pm.
If shipping fee is paid already, do not pay any extra to the rider.

REFUNDS

Products returned in their original condition (Sealed and not thawed) are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Pls help me understand what happened... thawed out steaks, dried off well, applied steak seasoning. Cooked 2mins each side with good char... taste was good BUT... the color of the steak was white! It looked like a porkchop but beef taste. What happend? I have one more slab and wanna make sure we get the red color right...
Reminds me of meltique beef but thicker. Maybe weāre not used to this type of marbling but itās not the āsteakā weāre used to. Texture and taste is different, but not bad. Cooks really fast too. Will try the premium steak offering next time.
