Hi,
I sent a message both to your Ig and FB messenger to give feedback with regards to the marbled rib eye you delivered to me. It is really expensive since that's what your staff recommended in leiu of my usual giant USDA grade Angus I order. Lo and behold, we were not able to eat it because instead of marbling, we got litid! What a claim that it should even be more tender than giant rib eye. I sent the feedback to your messenger to get either a refund or an exchange. If I don't get a reply from you, I will make my complaint public in your FB and Ig account.
