Excellent BUT too thin

I ordered 1 inch 530-570g. I got 500g but was half an inch thick at best. It was so hard to cook medium rare. It was so wide, but so thin. But very tender especially the tenderloin side. Literally melts in your mouth. It would have been perfect if it was 1 inch thick.

Nowhere near .75 inch, atleast do not advertise the wrong way

Dissatisfied

I have tried all kinds of steaks from all over the world but this one just didn’t taste anything like steak at all. It’s more like nilagang baka without flavor. I followed the cooking instructions on your page but the taste was not palatable. So i tried my style with the other half of my order and the taste was still not good. I don’t think this is USDA quality at all. Sorry. I didn’t want to write anything bad but you kept asking.

Steak

The steak was good. But what I order was USDA Ribeye Steak but when we are about to cook the steak, the packaging says it is Marbled Ribeye. I think they delivered the wrong item. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the steak

Meat was too fatty

I received the steaks on time as usual. I have ordered multiple times before and have ha da good experience with the meat. This time I received steaks that are more fatty than usual. This impacted the taste and quality of the cooked steak. It was more fatty than meaty, with the fat giving the steak an unusal taste.

Good quality

The packaging is good. The shrimps were firm and good quality. Thank you.
