Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.

  2. Add water and bring to a boil.

  3. Toss in mussels and cook until shells open (discard any that remain closed).

  4. Season with fish sauce and pepper.

  5. Add chili leaves, cook for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Serve hot and enjoy with a side of steamed rice for a balanced, protein-packed meal.
