I gifted this product%2C so I’m unable to provide feedback on the taste. However%2C I was impressed with the sealed packaging and the visual appeal of the meats. I would consider placing another order in the future. One area for improvement is the delivery process%3B the rider did not use a thermal bag%2C which resulted in the bag being soaking wet and the meat being nearly thawed upon arrival. Addressing this issue would enhance the overall experience.

This is my first purchase, bought as a tester and the Fat Butcher has passed with flying colours. All of the meat is fresher and a higher quality than your supermarket options. So if you're already buying the more premium cuts in the supermarket, it's much better and economical to order from the Fat Butcher. When you buy in regular markets and hypermarkets, the product often tastes like it has been thawed and refrozen a few times and/or it's has been sweating all day in the store. Fat Butcher meat seems like it has been frozen early in the supply chain and not thawed. The proof is in the taste and texture. Highly recommended
